In many communities, there are limitations on the work an unlicensed person may do… even the owner of the house. There are also differences made between what an unlicensed homeowner can do and what an unlicensed tradesman can do.
There are also distinctions made within kinds of electrical work. Appliance setting-up, for example, is always not thought to be restricted energoprojects if the conventional wiring and connection was made by a licensed master.

Countless residental damages are initiated by poor wiring techniques, substitutive materials, cheap extension cords, or broken electrical appliances. The trouble and the trap is in the fake simplicity of electrical repairs. Small mistakes can lead to quick and bad consequences. Bad wiring skills can cause shock hazards that could not be evident until the accident happens.
Quality|Best electrical activities|works depends on consistency and uniformity. That is why there is an electrical code, so everyone is clear on the correct and incorrect path to perform an electrical wiring and installation. If every home was wired according to a random standard, how could anyone without paranormal abilities figure out how to troubleshoot a circuit?
We are not trying to prevent everyone from educating and increasing your abilities. We wouldn’t have little chance of doing it, anycase. But you should know by now that we are a strong advocate of independence and self-reliance. But if one person burnt his house down because he thought that he could do that electrical job, and was not sufficiently knowledgeable to do the job|task right… well, that is not what we had in mind when started this energoproject. We have seen some electrical wiring horrors throughout Russia, and major share|most were done by homeowners who thought that doing electrical wiring|work was no more deserving of care than cleaning the backyard!
